Working on behalf of a number of our foodservice supplier clients we have supported the negoatiation and managed a number of commercial sponsorship agreements. Typically these have been based on gaining significant market appropriate brand exposure for our clients in target channels including retail shopping centres and sporting venues.
With all such agreements the balance between exposure and mainatianing the brand integrity and positive consumer perception is paramount and the effective management of this was a key part of our work.
We provided proactive account management for each brand maintaining a well documneted and comunicated understanding of each parties obligations and objectives combined with regular account reviews on site to evaluate, correct and drive the sucessful delivery of the project. Where these projects included tardaing operations we operated these on behalf of our clients including cafes, retail and leisure operations.
